Steve's work ethic and the knowledge on his part made this change go as smoothly as any of its kind that I ever worked on.  Before you say, "How can this be, it took over a year to implement this!" let me say, that this system was never designed for any kind change like this. It was quite an ambitious undertaking.  His knowledge made it easy to figure out what kind of changes we needed to make and if there was a change to be made on his part, he made it.  Most others I’ve dealt with in the past wanted us to make changes that we just could not make. I don't think Steve asked for one change like that.
